It is with complete sadness and sorrow to say that Rob passed away peacefully and comfortably surrounded by his family at Derriford Hospital on 12th November after a very short illness.
We, as a family, are utterly devastated and would like to thank the incredible medical staff at Derriford ICU for their care.

Ugalde & Son dealt with the funeral of a very precious husband and father in a dignified way but the care and compassion they showed us as a family was above and beyond anything we could have expected. Nothing was too much trouble.

Ugalde & Son took a lot of the weight from my shoulders and made this painful process as smooth as it could possibly be. The help and support of Bryan and the family during this distressing time has been deeply appreciated by my daughter and myself. Two years ago I organised my fathers funeral (in the Midlands) which was a pre paid funeral, therefore most decisions had already been made. I found organising dad's funeral arduous and far more stressful than my husband Geoff's where everything had to be arranged.

Theloss of a beautiful daughter was a devastating blow to a close knit family, so that the impeccable service which you provided for her has been very much appreciated by us, as covering every arrangement for her funeral with absolute concern and efficiency. I am sure that your service is unrivalled anywhere.
