Husband of Barbara, father of Jenny, Martyn and Tony and dear grandfather and great grandfather.
Cremation service will take place at Glynn Valley Crematorium, Bodmin on Monday 6th November at 4.30pm.
Casual clothing preferred. Family flowers only. Donations in lieu if desired for Childrens Hospice South West
