"My first experience of having to arrange a funeral was for my mother, who died at home with my dad, my son and myself. She had been losing her fight with dementia for many years, but ultimately was taken from us by cancer. From the first phonemail to say mum had passed away, to the funeral service itself, Ugalde & Son were there to support and guide us every step of the way with empathy, care and compassion. Bryan helped us with everything from finding a celebrant, to arranging flowers and orders of service. We are all very grateful to them. Everything went like clockwork on the day of the service and Bryan could not have done more to help us; he attended the crematorium himself and was there to take the burden of any worries from us from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. Ugalde & Son took a lot of the weight from my shoulders and made this painful process as smooth as it could possibly be.
