Funeral services in Liskeard – how we help

Our care

Our role as your funeral director is primarily to look after your loved one and the family, to listen to your requirements and to understand what type of service you want to achieve. Whether it is a burial or cremation we will give you various options to achieve such a service, guide you through the various procedures and then put in place all the various arrangements that create a service reflecting the beliefs and personality of the person who has passed away. Obviously it is always easier if the person who has died has left instructions or discussed his or her funeral arrangements or indeed made their own arrangements in the form of a funeral plan. Often, however, this is not the case and it is left to the family or executor to arrange a service. This can often be an onerous task filled with apprehension and concern that the correct decisions are being made and that is where we help the most. When possible we always try to arrange the date for the funeral that is most convenient to the wishes of family members. It is a case of you telling us when you would like the funeral to take place.
